Dom Capuano is a Los Angeles-based composer, producer, and songwriter with credits spanning film, television, and interactive media. Over nearly 20 years, his work has appeared on Lionsgate, Sony Pictures, CBS, Discovery, History Channel, Netflix, and BBC properties — alongside placements for MasterChef USA, Pokémon, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
In games, Capuano has composed original soundtracks for titles on Steam and Xbox, including Stormrite, GRAY, and Emitters — Drone Invasions. His approach to game audio is adaptive by design: scores that respond to player state, tension, and narrative momentum rather than looping passively in the background.
Before moving into screen composition, Capuano built a career in European dance and pop production — working with Eiffel 65, remixing for Toni Braxton and Busta Rhymes, and producing tracks certified Multi-Platinum by the RIAA. That producer's instinct for hooks, dynamics, and emotional pacing carried directly into his scoring work.
He operates from two creative identities: as Dom Capuano (sync, labels, film composing) and as Cinematic Audio Post, his studio specializing in film and TV audio post production. Both pipelines are built around the same core discipline — sound that serves the story, not the other way around.
